With ample space allowed by the combination of apartments combined into one, the owners of this Park Avenue apartment were focused on creating a home that could host their children and grandchildren, which lead to a floorplan focused on ample dining seating and comfortable lounging spaces for entertaining, along with a sanctuary of a primary suite for the owners. Bold materiality is grounded by functional consideration, to ensure that the striking appearance of the apartments’ many individual spaces are backed up by considered usability.
